How the inquiry arrives
Portals send every inquiry as an email to the address you registered with them. Agent Makler reads that mailbox, recognises inquiry, property and sender, and creates the contact. Nothing changes about your portal listings.
What the reply contains
A greeting by name, an answer to the actual question, the exposé as a link and a booking link with free slots from your calendar. Tone and signature follow your settings. Questions Agent Makler cannot answer safely reach you as a draft.
Approval or auto mode, per property
You decide per property whether replies go out immediately or only after your tap. Many agents start in approval mode, read along for two weeks, then switch standard inquiries to auto.
What happens next
If the prospect books a slot, it is in your calendar. If they do not reply, Agent Makler follows up after three days. If they ask something personal, Agent Makler hands over to you with the full history.

Do I have to hand over my portal logins?+
No. To answer inquiries, access to the mailbox the portals send to is enough. Your listings stay where they are.
How fast is the reply?+
The draft is usually ready after two minutes. In auto mode it goes out immediately, in approval mode as soon as you tap, even at night from your phone.
What if the inquiry is unusual?+
Then Agent Makler does not draft but puts the inquiry in front of you with a suggestion. You reply yourself or adjust the suggestion.
Can I set the tone of the replies?+
Yes. Greeting, tone, signature and fixed building blocks such as your commission clause are set once; Agent Makler sticks to them.
